How long does it take to receive samples and how can I request them?
To request flooring samples, simply let us know the product type (SPC, LVT, WPC, vinyl rolls, etc.),
specification, and color.
We will prepare small samples so you can check the quality, color etc before ordering.
Sample preparation takes about 1–3 working days, and delivery time varies depending on your region and shipping method.
